Terms of Trading
1) Payment with order please, by cheque or postal order made payable to AutoPrinters (Cardiff) Ltd. We now accept payment by credit or debit cards for orders through the post, by fax, telephone or via this website through a secure transaction. To avoid delays we reserve the right to adjust credit card orders without asking permission first, due to calculation errors on your order form, price increases, stock deletions etc. Prices include VAT. A receipt will be sent with all orders.

2) Prices can be altered without notice if circumstances arise.

3) Postage & Packing on all orders is £2.95. For Channel Isles, Republic of Ireland & rest of world, please ring.

4) Orders will be dispatched a.s.a.p. Subject to stock availability. Please allow 21 days before enquiring. We aim to dispatch the majority of orders in an average of 10 to 14 days. Obviously stock shortages do occur from time to time so we ask for a daytime telephone number or e-mail address. This will only be used to notify you if there are any problems with your order or delays are expected. Substitutes will not normally be sent unless requested, although we reserve the right to make minor adjustments to avoid long delays in processing an order.

5) All sizes are approximate.

6) We must be notified of faulty or damaged goods within 7 days of receipt to enable us to replace goods or provide a credit.

7) We offer a money back guarantee on all goods. We are happy to exchange or credit any goods you are not satisfied with (less postage), if you return them in a resaleable condition. Returns must be adequately packaged, as we cannot credit for any goods damaged whilst being returned.

8) Please remember to sign and date your order to ensure prompt dispatch. For credit card payments, card holders full details, including the card holders signature, must be given before we can start to process your order.

9) We reserve the right to adjust orders due to shortfalls in amount paid or to mistakes made when filling in the order form, although we will make every effort to contact you first.

10) Please fill in your delivery address and post code clearly.

11) Placing an order with us implies acceptance of the terms above.


Workshop Terms and Conditions

All workshops will be with Claire and include materials, tuition refreshment and you get to take what you make home!!

All day workshops will include lunch (vegetarian, unless notify otherwise).

Due to limited places, we cannot reserve a place without payment in full.  Please note:  Bookings are non-refundable within 24 hours of the workshop date.

If due to unforeseen circumstances Claire has to cancel a workshop, all customers will be offered an alterative workshop date or a refund in full.

Any special needs should be brought to the attention of Claire prior to booking. Due to the nature of some workshops, health and safety conditions may apply.
